Peta Stapleton, Ph.D., has 25 years’ experience as a registered Clinical and Health Psychologist in Australia and is currently an Associate Professor in Psychology at Bond University.
Stapleton leads worldwide research and psychological trials looking into new therapies and investigating the effectiveness of treatments such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (often called Tapping). She has recently studied the use of Tapping by students in high achieving streams to assist with anxiety, fear of failure, and perfectionism.
She is the author of Your Mind Power: Strategies for Behaviour Change and The Science Behind Tapping: A Proven Stress Management Technique for the Mind and Body.
